My grandson works at Cracker Barrel. He apparently wore a wrinkled shirt to his dishwasher job at Cracker Barrel.
He was told to go home, iron his shirt and come back. He is not driving because he has learning disabilities. He called his dad to come get him. At that point, a manager came to him and said 'I tell you what, if you will close for me tonight, I will let the shirt go'. My grandson agreed. Is this appropriate? Just curious.

Also, that same night he did not get finished until 3:15 AM. He said the guy he was working with would not get off the phone. Maybe there should be some supervision? Dfi ad77 sound driver.
