Honeywell Galaxy Programming Software

Hi, we have a Honeywell Galaxy security system and we have trouble logging in onto the UMS (User Management Suite). I get a connection error. Here is what I do:- Start the suite- Enter name/password- the error appearsThe error is in Dutch but translated it gives something like this 'FrontShell: Unable to connect to the communicationserver: '.

(FrontShell: Kan geen verbinding met de communicatieserver maken: ) The only thing I can do is click OK and then the program will run but we don't see any info of our system.I already rebooted the machine. Ping to localhost = OK but not when I add the portnumber (localhost:8888). How can I test the connection to this port is open and working? In a 'netstat -a' I see that the system is listening on that port so.

I've searched in the FAQ from Honeywell UK but no luck there. I'm about to contact them through mail or their website to get support on this.Is there a Honeywell Spicehead out there who could help me?
