I have a Gateway and the hard drive crashed. After I had a new one installed and got the recovery disks in, I installed them. I kept getting an error message saying that the camera had failed and to restart it or the computer, but none of that worked. It still says the same thing. I went to Gateway's site and got the download for the camera and when I tried to install that, I got the CECMAIN.exe error.
